Last night I made a yummy Spinach and ricotta cannelloni from this recipe that both my husband and baby loved - not a bad combination! I just cut up the spinach and ricotta cannelloni once it was cooked I laid it out in front of the toddler and he helped himself. I used fresh silverbeet for the spinach. Just remove the stems, cut up the leaves, place in a saucepan on low until it wilts and then blitz it in a food processor.
